Therapeutic Modalities

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps us explore the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns and learn practical tools to challenge negative thinking, manage emotions, and create lasting change in daily life.

Helping you create healthier patterns, one thought at a time.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT focuses on building skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress in healthy ways. It helps clients find balance between accepting themselves as they are while also working toward meaningful growth and change.

Finding balance between self-acceptance and positive change.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

TF-CBT is a specialized approach designed to help children, adolescents, and families heal from traumatic experiences. Through a supportive and structured process, clients learn coping skills, process difficult experiences, and build a greater sense of safety and confidence.

Helping children and families move from surviving to healing.

Person-Centered Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy is built on the belief that you are the expert of your own life. In a warm, nonjudgmental environment, we'll work together to foster self-understanding, personal growth, and the confidence to move toward the life you want.

Because healing begins when you feel truly seen and heard.

Play Therapy

Children often express their thoughts and emotions through play rather than words. Play Therapy provides a safe and supportive space where children can explore feelings, develop coping skills, process experiences, and build emotional resilience through the language they know best, play. I utilize this modality with children 4-11 years old.

Helping children tell their stories through the power of play.

Sand Tray Therapy

Sand Tray Therapy allows clients to express thoughts, feelings, and experiences using miniature figures and sand. This creative and gentle approach can help uncover deeper emotions, promote healing, and provide insight when words alone feel difficult to find. If this is something you are interested in, just let me know!

A gentle way to explore what may be difficult to put into words.
